o2 sensor identification

Hey everyone!
So I've been working on my Ej8 for the past few months and am slowly working out all the problems and moding it how I want it to be...
But I've run into a hangup! I pulled the forward o2 sensor off the maniofold and all thats on it is " NS6 0655-9760 10Q10 "
I have searched and can't seem to find a answer to what make it is...
any help would be appreciated!
Also is it okay to remove the heat shield from the exhaust manifold and leave it off?????
Thanks again!

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Wire wheel the rust off and look closely.

Here's an example of a couple NTK sensors.

Alternatively, look up the Honda part number and google it to see who made it, then go to that manufacturers website and look it up.
