speedo iat and o2 problem

so ive got a 1998 civic ex coupe bone stock engine
plasti dipped flat black with black drag rims
recently having trouble with check engine codes and speedometer
currently have P0113 and P0135 codes plus speedometer not working at all
i replaced vss last month, o2, and iat sensors but this did not fix my problems
ideas?
please help

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Blown fuse #15 in the dash fuse box.
Due to harness rubbing on an intake manifold bracket.

I grabbed the wrong bulletin link earlier. Try this one http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/misc/...%2315_fuse.pdf
P0113 isn't part of it though.
P0135/P0141 and P0501 would be, there's a lot of stuff that shares that same fuse.
Or maybe you have a bunch of separate problems.
A good scanner, DVOM, and careful diagnosis is what should come next.
