If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

The P/S fluid level should be going down if your car is leaking it out.

If it is the low pressure hose (also known as the "return" line and similar), first see if the hose clamps simply need to be tightened. That's pretty common when they get some age and miles on them.
A 10mm socket or wrench should fit the clamps if they are original. You would need to figure out how to reach them on your own.

Clamps you can tighten are labeled (a)

is it hard to replace?
If there is a hole rubbed through the hose, then it probably should be replaced and whatever caused the hole needs to be moved away from it. Same thing if it is a steel tube that is leaking, replace it.

It IS just low pressure hose on the return side, I have used bulk hose (that is compatible with petroleum oils) from a parts store to fix rusted out lines on one of my own old cars. It took about 10 feet to wrap around the front of my old Buick.

I'd try that and let it soak a while.
If they are too far gone, just replace them.

Where can i get the line inbetween the 2 clamps?
Your local sells online (at a discount, I guess), look up what you need.

Pick out your car, then Chassis, then P.S. Lines
