Rep Power: 0 Swap or not?
Ok people. I have a few questions to ask. I just bought a 97ek civic 5 speed coupe for the low. It has been swapped before but i don't know much about it. It's a d15b non vtec, the head says p2a-10. I don't know what I should do to it. Also please tell me what obd it is and what manifold i can put on it and what manifold is currently on it. What else could i do to improve this engine? Should i just swap it out or put a new head or keep it the same? Basically tell me what you would do! Thanks! http://s15.postimg.org/3uajt5oqj/image.jpg http://s23.postimg.org/3rhuhe4cb/image.jpg

Re: Swap or not?
What kind of power are looking to get out of it?
D15B should be an OBD1 since it is out of an older car according to wikipedias article on the D series engine:
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_D_engine
It is illegal to swap an older engine into a newer car because of emissions.
