Yes you can. I am in the middle of swapping a auto engine to a manual tranny all you have to is remove the auto flywheel and bolt the manual flywheel and clutch assembly to the crank shaft, you can't use the same bolts from the auto Flywheel as they are to short. Hope this helped

To help illustrate you point, and since I just so happen to have one of each laying around, here's a side by side comparison of a bolt that attaches an automatic flex plate (right) vs a bolt that attaches a manual flywheel (left).

I just so happen to be swapping out the bottom end of my engine that's mated with a manual transmission with one that was previously attached to an auto transmission
Edit 2: also, from a 2002 Ex. Same concept though. I mean, they use the same clutch, even.. Lol
