Main relay or ICM

I put a 95 del sol v-tec in a 97 civic. Got it running and put 30 miles on it. Got up to drive it next day andits dead as hell. Blown 80 amp fuse. Replaced it blewagain. When I was screwing around trying to figure out why it wasblowing I used a 100 amp that didn't fit the car. I basically jumped theterminals (no, not my brightest moment). After disconnecting thealternator I figured out its good to go. I went and got an 80 amp fuseand put it in and wala!!!! Fixed. So I take the alternator in getit tested its fine put it back in all is right with the little civicworld... except it won't start. No spark. I am not againstbuying both because it's a bit of a treck to the parts store just wondering ifany of you guru's had an idea if it was the Main relay or ICM?

The main relay in 6thgeneration Civics is located to the right of the glove box correct?

And the ICM is in thedistributor?
