Rep Power: 0 New Door Actuators Don't Match?
Not new to forums/cars but I am new to Hondas. Trying to help my Wife's Mom w/her 97 Civic 4 Door.
Front Actuator sounded horrible/non-functioning so I figured I'd just replace both fronts while I had time so no probs in the future.
I got a set of genuine Honda actuators off Ebay but they do not look like the old ones... specifically the plugs are different. The plugs on the old ones are male, the plugs on the new ones are female (along w/all the pics I can find on The Net)? The plugs on the car are female as well, so in other words it's like trying to plug a female to female (which is kinda hot, lol!... bad joke!)
I matched the part #'s (72115-S04-A02) w/the dealership and they seem to match. Again, all the ones on The Net seem to match the new ones as well but they are very different from the ones I removed.
Any info would be appreciated.

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
