Low Cold Idle 1996 Civic Ex 1.6 Standard Trans
Hi,
My '96 Civic Ex won't idle at cold start. I have replaced the rotor, dist. cap, wires, plugs, and IACV. I have bled the coolant system. The voltage on the TPS is good. In the on ignition position, the voltage to the IACV is 11 volts on the yel/blk wire when I ground to the motor, and 0.5 volts when I touch the red tester to yel/blk and black tester to blue/blk. In the off ignition position, 0.05 volts with the red tester on yel/blk and black tester on blue/blk.
Any ideas?
