misfire... help!

Just got a 99 civic ex last weeks, it runs great except when idling warm, its low and kinda rough. I put new plugs in it and the wires and distributor look really new. But today is was driving goin about 70 mph high in third gear and my check engine light started flashing as a indication of a miss. So what do you guys thinkit could be? An injector maybe? I havnt hooked anything up to it to see what cylinder it is or if it says. But i want to get an idea of what i could be lookin at. Thanks!

I would check the wires on the ignitor, especially if the distributor is new. They can sometimes get a little loose and cause this problem. There is a service bulletin.
