Whistling sound when changing A/C setting

Anyone ever get like a short squeal/whistling sound coming from the Climate control box under the passenger side foot well area?

It seems to do it when I changed the setting on the A/C (like from defrost to another setting).

mine makes a creaking sound but remember all the components of the blower are electric and when you change fan position or hot/cold, you may hear some things moving around. over time the grease wears out.

Ever since I replaced my leaky evaporator with a new OEM I've had a whistling sound from that area. It seems to go on and off intermittently, usually in sync with the compressor engaging and disengaging. Others have told me it's normal and to ignore it.
