car jerks badly when i let out of the gas at low rpms
I have a 99 ex I'm having a problem with it jerking really bad when I let out of the gas at low Rpms. If I'm driving through a parking lot in 1st gear or 2nd its fine when I'm accelerating but as soon as I let out of it the car begins to jerk violently but only when the car is hot. When I start the car in the morning it runs fine. It also does it in 3rd and 4th when I'm cruising through the city. in 5th I usually dnt have any problems but at 25 mph 5th gear is not ideal. O and sometimes when it jerks it will pop out of 2nd gear but only 2nd it doesn't happen in any other gear and it only happens occasionally.

Does CEL come on? if not its FUEL FILTER? get a strainer and fuel filter and change it.

CEL is on but my O2 sensor got ripped out some how, could the o2 sensor cause the jerking?
