If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Fuse #30 in the dash fusebox....
Did something blow it? If so, what blew it?
Then look for jacked wiring in the dash lights circuits---maybe an aftermarket stereo?
Then a bad dash light brightness controller---if it came down to this, I'd bypass it so the lights were on full brightness.

May be related....did it all happen at the same time (big clue)?
Wrong bulb may do it, a single filament bulb in a dual filament socket....
A missing ground for any of the exterior lights could do it.

Re: Light problems!

Well, there's a few ideas to start with.
On the blinkers and brakes, I'd probably have a wiring diagram, a test light and jumper wires, and be checking grounds first.
