Talking Inspection

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could give me some guidance before I end up dropping a couple of hundred dollars at a dealer...... I went to get my 2006 civic inspected and failed because i had to change two bulbs i had not noticed that where out and everything else passed! the second time I went (yesterday) everything pass but it FAILED in Establishing Communications which I didn't have a problem with 2 weeks a go..... also yesterday my reminder oil change light turned on could this be the cause? they stated that it could be a fuse or something! Please help I just want to pass and pay my taxes LOL shouldn't be this hard!

thanks in advance

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Walk around and check all the lights yourself next time.

Soooo I'm sure you have checked all the fuses in both fuse boxes by this point (HINT!)...
Were there any blown?

See if a code reader will communicate with your computer. If it won't, tell why it won't---what does it do or not do?

Not unless someone wants to be a d!ck... IMO.
