Radio wires coming out of original wiring?

Took the radio console out today because somehow the antenna cable came unplugged. But I also noticed the wiring connector (the original, not an aftermarket adapter harness) that plugs into the radio has wires broken and falling out of it, which is causing my front speakers to not work. Is there a way you can replace that entire cable and connector? If so where could I find one?

you should be able to get a reverse harness. these are made to splice onto the factory wires and give you the original plug again. Something like this:
