Question Control Unit

I recently purchased a new control unit for a 2001 honda civic ex 5 speed. I took my old control unit out and replaced it with another. Now it won't even start. I was wondering how you reprogram the new control unit? if anyone has any information regarding my question, please let me know! thanks a lot To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

Re: Control Unit

dealer has to do it, and you need to tow the car there.

Re: Control Unit

yes the green key is flashing. You have to take it to the dealer? do they use a special tool or computer to reprogram it? there isn't anyway you can do it yourself?
