''02 Civic LX - Parking / Turn signals stay on

Hello all,

Ran into a bit of a problem/annoyance with my 02 Civic this morning, when I hit the parking or turn signals, the lights will not blink and will stay steady. They all turn on without a problem but both the dash indicators and the actual lights will stay steady.

Has anyone seen this before? I'll probably be taking it to the electrician later on today but I wanted to check if anyone had seen it before and if there are any recommendations/pointers.

It sounds like a bad "Turn signal/Flasher relay" to me. It is located in the under dash fuse box.

Parking lamps are the dimmer bulbs that light up in front when the headlight switch is on. Same bulb as turn signal/flashers, different filament.
