Installing foglight bulbs

Mine burned out, and the customizing shop wants to charge me $15 for replacing each bulb.

Is it relatively easy to replace the bulbs without any major body removal?

thanks

Re: Installing foglight bulbs

lmao, well for 01-03 civic, there are two screws that hold the fog housing to the bumper on the side. take those off, and the whole thing pulls right out. unplug the bulb, twist it off, and replace with new. its a 5 minute job.

Re: Installing foglight bulbs

for the money. i cant believe shops even charge for that its crazy. i worked next to tires plus and they were charging some guy $60 to put new turn signals in because it required "custom" work. i then stuck my hand in from the open hood and pulled the bulb out in 5 seconds. i always would install bulbs for free and it usually took 2 minutes or less. i heard all sorts of stories and pretty soon most people would just come to us. i was at advance auto parts for 6 months and i prolly changed over 100 sets of misc bulbs all for free. its so easy that shops should be ashamed to charge for it. and even the really hard jobs where alot of pieces had to come out maybe only took 10 mins.
