alright so i just put an amp and subs in and while my friend was helpin me hide some wiring a washer some how went into the power cord goin to my amp and blew my fuse on the power cord but ever since i replaced it, my gauges dont light up. any ideas?

Did you check the fuses under the dash or under the hood? Double check both and hope the bulbs didnt burn out.

Your illumination wires (orange wires) are probably hanging out, causing a short. Cap those wires, replace the small lamp fuse and you should be good.
