Re: g35 retrofit

I have fx projectors that look very similar. Just hooked them up to bixenon harness i bought and it was good. I dont think the polarity matters for the solenoid i remember testing it with a 9v battery and it was enough to trigger it, all they need is the power source and they should work

yeah thats what i figured, given the superior output of the tl's. Then again any hid projector will be a huge improvement over stock...shroud it up and you got a winner.

Post some wall shots too, so we can see the cut offs.

Oh a huge improvement over stock, this is my first retro just wanted to try it and love the result. It not the same as slaping some hids in like everyone does. These have a nice cut off line that dont interfere with other drivers, will have more pics soon. And when you say a shroud that is a cover covering the back part and only showing the projector? What is the whole purpose of it i know during day if i have the lights on i could see a bit of light showing on back part of headlight.

no real purpose other then making the car look like it came like that from the factory. It'll just make your retro seem more complete.

This is a pic from my e46 retro on my old civic.
