speakers help

well i took out my rear shelf trim on my 04 civic lx for painting.. now im planning to change the stock speakers into something better.. before i put it back together.

where/what to buy??

I like the tangbands as a rear speaker solution. you can find them on www.partsexpress.com

thats my recommendation.

I'm thinking Infinity or Polk. They both sound almost. A little pricy though.
What tangbands anyways? Never heard of it before. For $7 a piece, sounds pretty fishy to me...

wrong model. that's about $47 a piece. for the 6.5 or 6x9.

I like the 6.5

for what its worth.

if you have an 04 LX sedan, youve got 6.5's back there. Ive put the tangband 6.5's in the back of an 03 hybrid, so I know they fit very easily....
