Im never taking my car to best buy again. first when i had my truck they installed a cd player in there but they didnt connect it right, so i had to rewire everything. then i got my civic and i wanted to swap my speakers i put in my truck, into my car. well first they broke the tweeter clip. so now if im not careful i can break that. then it sounded like crap so i took the door appart to find they stabbed my speaker installing it. installed the spacer like it was a 3 year old doing the job. they just hacked my car i was so pissed. so i took out the speakers and put in new ones. and to top it off. they quoted me 40 bucks to install them, without asking me they charged me 78 bucks with spacers and crap. maybe i didnt want to spend 78 bucks on a shit job with a little homework i could had done myself.

sorry i hate best buy. atleast they install bay.
