Right, but with the recent changes, they won't come back the way they were, even if the original hosting was back in place. It's happening to a bunch of threads all over the site and is something the Administrator(s) need to work on...

I know what you are saying, but the guy that posted the DIY has not been active in almost six months. I don't think the pictures will come back.
just did a rear speaker install and front speaker install with dynamat extreme on all 4 doors and rear deck. if anyone is wondering, don't plan on this being a quick install, the deck didn't come off with ease at all, and removing those "A-pillar" type seats on both sides was nothing short of impossible. although it does sound nice, be careful of breaking clips on the rear deck if u have subs... it rattles pretty bad now cuz i broke 2-3 clips. the back speakers was an easy install, mountin bracket came with my alpine type-s 5 1/2" and those screwed in just fine, the front speakers i had to drill and tap new holes cuz by the time i did all the dynamat and rear speakers home depot was closed and i didn't have self-tapping screws. other than that it wasn't that bad of an install, other than breaking clips left and right and dynamat install being a pain. hope this helps some people looking to do a full on speaker install

Best Buy are definitely imbeciles... good tutorial.
Not EVERYONE at best buy are imbeciles. The sad thing is, Best Buy will hire anyone, even if they dont know shit...which happens to be just about everyone. It sucks because it gives the people who know what theyre talking about a bad name. I work at Best Buy as my second job, and it amazes me how stupid everyone else in my dept. is. Its rediculous. Even common sense shit they are clueless. I know what Im doing, and theres another member on here who works for best buy who knows his shit too. Just thought Id clear that up that not everyone there is stupid. Just most of them. lol
I have a quick how-to to get to the fronts, but nothing with pics for the rear. Once the fronts are exposed, just compress the metal clips (2) at the bottom and the speaker will swing out. Hope it helps someone. I wrote it to help someone get at their window to put it back on track.
