Rep Power: 0 Purchased my new setup
I was supposed to be getting my employee discount on new Alpine Type R's but that fell through *not for another month*, so I needed to get something that will work for now. Bought a brand new sub,
Power Acoustik
FUBAR-12W
91 db
200 oz *this thing is fing heavy*
800 RMS
1800 Peak
Dual 4 ohm voice coil
This thing is so new *just got it in yesterday* not even ebay or Power Acoustik has it listed.
I have it hooked up to my KAC-7202
460 x 1 4ohm
Well I wired my sub for 2 ohm, I turned down my gain a good bit, so I am running about 920~ to this sub *hehe this one is gonna get killed*. I bought a brand new box, this one is awesome.
QLH-1.2512SBS
This combo sounds GREAT, it far surpasses my old system of
Ported Bandpass box
2 Audiobahn 400 rms *each*
2 KAC-7202 460 x 1 4 ohm *each sub*
New System cost=
$250
Old System cost=
$420
hmmm, never again audiobahn, never again.... *not subs anyway, their amps rule *

[quote=J187]Wait a minute, not sure I trust a sub called FUBAR (F^ked Up Beyond All Recognition)[/qoute]

Rep Power: 0 That is after my discounts though.
Usually
Sub-150
Box-120
Amp-200
Cap-150
Wiring-100(with everything)
720+tax is what it would NORMALLY be.
I will post pics up when I get my digital camera back.
This sub by itself hits amazingly well, beats the crap out of my old speakers.

Rep Power: 0 Ok, here is what I have. I may get the camera in a day or two, but for now.
That is what I am running.
Just imagine that all together in a bare trunk, with bungy cords holding the box in place lol.
