hahahahaha i did this back in 02.
a couple of times
heres the best one i did.









you should really use the plastic weld stuff and then use bondo to fill in the gaps.
also you should keep both halves of the lcd housing togheter when molding in the screen beacuse you want the screen to be square with the other half.
