Ive been considering a flip down screen for the rear seats. I have a coupe.

However, I HATEEEEE the bulkyness of the flip down screens most people sell. Im trying to figure out how i can rig up maybe a small 7 inch LCD to flip down. I dont want all the bulkyness and extra maplights and crap. I just want the screen to fold and unfold.

Im thinking maybe just hook the screen up to a hinge? But what kind of hinge do I get that doesnt swing freely, Like it stays in the position you move it to. Maybe even flip hing with swivel.

They make a pitov that attaches on a headrest, you could swing it out and lock it between the rear seat. Glass one into each rear pillar(on each side). Etc... Just a few idears...
