Try the placement of the rca's behind the HU, what kind of HU do you have?

Make the grounds as short as possible.

Where is the location that your amps are grounded to?

How good is the contact between the ground wire and the location it is grounded? Did you file off as much paint as possible? Can you scrape away anymore?
