how do I replace the headunit?

I have a 2001 Civic LX coupe and I wanted to know how to replace the factory headunit. I know you have to buy an adapter and a harness, but how do I take out the dash so I can get to the headunit to take out?? If you could let me know which screws/nuts to take out and which parts of the dash and/or center console to take out in order to get to the headunit it'll be greatly appreciated. I had a 91 Civic before and that was just a piece of cake. I don't want to try to force anything with the new car and break anything, so I want to be very careful. Please help me out.
