wiring halos

Hi, just got my halos in the mail the other day and there were these two extra wires connected to the halo part that I figure light up the halo ring and I was wondering where do these go? How do I wire these, anyone know? Thanks

red = positive

black = negative

Simple, just have them switched with your headlights

Shouldn't those get wired up to come on with the parking lights? The HALO's should be taking over that real small parking light that comes with the turn signals.
