Um, I guess JL was a little too pricey for me, so I opted with a Kicker C-12 inch sub and Performance Teck(I've never heard of it before) 500 watt amp, and a box+free installation. I got it for 275 and it thumps pretty good. So yeah, if you guys know about these products, did I get a good deal?

never heard of that amp, but $275 sounds alright. as long as it beats pretty good and you are happy.

is it performance teknique? if it is, i heard it was pretty good. n box n installation alone is probably atleast 100 so ya i'd say you got a good deal. last time they were sellin me 2 kicker comp vr with bandpass box and 800 watt performance tecknique amps for 400. no installation tho.

Yeah, it was Performance Teknique. IMO, it's pretty good so far. Sounds just as good or if not even better than my friends 2 12 audiobahns.
