Removing panel under glove box

I am going to power my front and rear coaxials with an aftermarket amp, and I want to run the wires from my amp and intercept the wires going to the front speakers before they get to the door.

I can get to the driver's side fine by simply removing that panel that requires turning the little knob, but the passenger side is not so easy. There are some srews that appear to be holding the glove box in, but I don't know if that will help to remove the plastic panel.

Anybody taken that panel out before?

Yeah the bottom just pulls out. Careful though. I broke one of those pins with rubber on them towards the back.
