12" Compound Reflex Subwoofer Box (4ohm + 4ohm)
I need to know if the sub voice coils are wired in series or parallel inside the box, because i need to know what amp to buy... if somone could reccomend an amp that would be great..... 		To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

if theyre wired in series, itll take 2 seconds to wire it in parallel...

regardless, i doubt alpine would sell a box with an 8 ohm load. dont know too many amps that can do 500 watts at 8 ohms. therefore that would rule out series wiring.

when you get them just wire appropriatly and install those babys. btw if u dont wire them properly u will loose an amp.(dont ask how i know) lol ppi makes nice amps
