Used Alpine cd player, no harness. Where can I find one?
OK, I bought this off a friend, and when I got it, it didn't have a wiring harness. No, it's not stolen, he had the box and everything, but the harness got mutilated when he pulled the thing out of his dash (600 watts of country music can make people do some crazy shit, what can I say...)....anyway, it's an Alpine 7803S, it was made in like 1991, so it's been discontinued long ago...is there any place where I can get an old wiring harness, or get a universal 16 pin plug?

you bought a 1991 cd player. I can't believe you actually paid money for it. He should of gave it to you. The wire harness and dash kit needed to install it probably costs more than that cd player is worth.
^^Actually, I called a half-way reputable store, they said '91, he said '97. I'm leaning more towards '97 due to the Audio Interrupt lead and the detachable face. As for the dash kit and all...I found the harness on Ebay for $7.50, I don't need a dash kit (it's going into a Sentra, 1 DIN radio, stock brackets), and until the Alpine harness gets here, I'm modifying a Jensen harness to fit so I can bench-test it in my room.
