I just had the factory fog light installed on my 07' Si.

Is there a way to drive with only the fogs on?

Currently you need to have the headlights in the on position in order to use them.

I prefer the euro switch I had in my Jetta that allowed me to just drive with fogs. I'll be putting HID's in both my fogs and headlights so lighting will be fine.

Any help would be appreciated!

Fairly Simple you will just need a fuse and Jumper from a +12V and then find which wire is hot when the headlight switch is on. check it with the connector off the Fog light swtch. tap your fused wire there and Viola fog ligts only AND if you turn on your head lights then they are also on.
Be sure to have the HOT switched from your ignition cause like ME I rewired mine after I ran the battery down... DOOH!

Does your car have the daytime running light? if yes then you can wire the fog lights to the battery (with fuse) and activate it by a standard 12v relay hot wired to the daytime driving light, or better yet hot wire the relay to your 12v accessory wire so that when ever you turn on the car the fog lights will be on just like what I'd done on my truck and currently use them as daytime running lights.
