Just thought I would share....I was nervous.
My Taekwondo Demo team did a demonstration at a wedding this past weekend...
This is me....doin my part of the demo. Not trying to brag, just thought I would share.

No its not really all that hard...just takes time to condition your hand, first time I ever did it, I broke my hand in 3 places....also it takes a lot of concentration. My record is 9...I only did 5 at the demo, just so I dont mess up...lol

Lol...yah a wedding...the person getting married was one of my instructors....so she wanted a demo...so we did.

I have been studying martial arts for about 18 years....I am on my 8th year of studying Taekwondo....the brick breaking has taken about 2 years to perfect....next demo I am gonna do the full 9 bricks...hopefully I will get a video of that one.
