#1 - Curfew here is from midnight to 5 am. me, my cousin, my brother, and my friend got the munchies at 3. my cousin had jus got his SRI that day and we had installed it. so what else to do when you got the munchies and a new car part? went for a long ass drive and went to a dunkin donuts almost an hour away from our house (we have one like 3 minutes away, but like i said...new car part). friend drove to the dunkin donuts, i drove back home. about 10 minutes away from our house, a impala starts tailgating me (i was going speedlimit). stoplight. he gets in the lane next to me, when it goes green, he comes back behind me and paces me for a bit...then the flashies. took me out of the car to have a lil "talk" about curfew, but since my cousin was 20 and his b-day was in a week, he considered him as the adult. let us go after talking to me for a bit. no ticket.
#2 - late to work...39 in a 25 in front of a school. it was SUMMER BREAK, but the cop said school kids were leaving school right now. LIAR! SUMMER BREAK....NO SCHOOL! (though i never said that to him). He wrote me the ticket...took him a good 30 minutes to write it

said that he checked my record, no violations once so ever and would have given me a warning, but he needed to meet his quota

me and my dad took it to courta good 3 months later, cop never showed up because the whole sniper issue, judge put me on "active probation" or whatever its called....no tickets for a year = speed ticket being dismissed. $40 in court fees compared to what would have been a $90 speeding ticket + insurance hike-up.
got 1 parking ticket for $25 at school.
got rear ended and my brakes gave and i ended up rear endind someone else. no injuries to me or the person i rear ended. cop saw the marks on my rear bumper and didnt write me up. the car that rear ended me ( a black celica, current gen) drove off after hitting me. insurance conducted a "investigation" and it was proved that i was not at fault...plus no insurance hike-up. w00t!
