For some reason, credit card companies LOVE me. Especially Citibank.
Step 1
Cut out any information relating to persons involved. That way they won't confuse the end product of this DIY with a sincere application gone horribly wrong.

Make sure the return address on the backside remains intact.
Step 2
You will need to cut out the little address part to fill in the appropiate window on the return envelope. I cut the bottom part at the crease so it would sit in the envelope nicely while I taped the upper part against the window.
Step 3
Tape the return address to the inside of the envelope so that the address shows through the window.
Now it's time to break out the greatest office tool ever,
Mr.SHREDiT.
Step 4
If you can't figure this part out, you better stop what your doing right now. I'd hate for my DIY to be responsible for reducing your counting ability...
Step 5
I made sure the discharge from Mr.ShrediT landed on the floor, away from previously shredded items that probably have my personal info still on it.
Step 6
Just as the envelope says:
Enclose your Pre-Approved Acceptance Form
Step 7

Step 8
Repeat as many times as necessary
