home audio equipment?

Where is a good place to order Home Audio Equipment? I use crutchfield to kind of get an idea of what retail is on products and to do comparison's and stuff, but I know they don't have the lowest prices. I order my car audio stuff from Ikesound.com because they are REALLY cheap! Does anybody know if there is a good source like Ikesound only for home audio instead?

aren't you going to listen to the stuff before you buy or just get it straight from a website?

i'm in Canada and the only place I know in the US for good home audio is magnolia hifi

I prolly got bent over, but I bought my whole surround sound system at Best Buy. I did find a way to save a little money. The gimmick is to go in there and either look for something that they don't have, then get pissed off at the sales guy because they said they had it on the phone, and ask him to cut you a deal on something else. Worked for me, I got $600 worth of a Reciever Sony front floor speakers and Bose Rear Channels for $450. Sometimes being an ass hole is a good thing

The thing with my situation is that they really didn't have what I was looking for, and I got sent to 2 stores (went to 1, they sent me to another) and both said they had it, but didn't.

After reading a bit of what they said I came across the review of the Denon A/V reciever and saw they actually put not having THX certification as a bad thing. Dumbasses

for receivers go to & other electronics go to www.etronics.com I'd still listen to them before you buy. & definatly listen to speakers before you buy..
