ok im not gonna go around circles here.
here is my uncle's problem. well they bought a new MAZDA MPV like last week ago and yesterday the car was acting up. it was stopping every 2 minutes and the car was literally jumping (think about when a person don't know how to drive a stick shift). then my uncle told me that all the maintenance lights/interior lightings lid up.
so the car was towed today and now its in the dealer. my uncle wanted a full refund since it has only been a week old van, and get his downpayment back. but the dealership wouldn't let him, the dealer said, they cannot give him a full refund and the only option they have is to a). wait for the car to be fixed OR b). get a new van as a replacement. so stupid dealerships refusing to give my uncle a refund, my uncle decided to accept the second option and get a new van. however, they told him dat there are no van available in the lot that is the same model as what my uncle had. so my uncle asked if they can look at different dealerships and just ship it in, but the guy said they don't do that.
what a piece of dumb motherfvckers, i can't stand it when they treat us like sheiet, was it because were asians, they just play us some tricks?
questions:
if im not mistaken there was a bureau or something that you report bad services of dealers? what is the name of that thing?
are they telling the truth about the no refund situation and cannot get the car from other dealers reasoning?
i really want to help my uncle so im posting his problems in here, if anybody did delete my post. thank you.
well my question is should i wait for them for a lil while since it only happened yesterday. or should we file a complaint now ASAP about the no refund issue? is that even true?
The sooner you do it, the better because it's still fresh in everyone's minds. He is not entitled to a full refund because the issue has not occured and been fixed 3 times yet, therefore it cannot be classified as a "lemon" yet.
