what happened to my ebay acct>

for the past week i cant login to ebay. i thought they were having website problems but now i need to buy something and still cant login. it says incorrect password, which i know is correct. so im thinking either my account is hacked (but nobody has been using it), or their site is screwed up. i filled out the lost password form with all my info and i never got an email afterwards...

maybe you changed ur password and you forgot about it?

here's some things i would recommend though.

- clear your cookies
- check on SPAM email and see if it went there instead. sometimes ebay emails are dubbed as spam mail and they get delivered there instead of your inbox.

i always get ebay stuff tho so idk. i def did not change the password lol. i login to ebay every few days and i was very active last month. i only have maybe 4 passwords and i tried them all.

yeah so turns out my account got hacked. i was able to have the auto thing call me with a pin so i could change my password, then i see all the warnings and stuff about listed items in violation of terms, then another email about the account being frozen. its all fixed now but i wonder how they got any of my info, i guess thru the ebay site cause theres no way my computer has any security problems.

well now im not getting sent any emails from ebay when i buy or do anything. this could be a problem cause now i cant pay for something.

edit, looks like they got in thru my yahoo email acct and then put ebay.com address as spam so i never see whats happening.
