Being w/ someone who isn't right for you

My girlfriend of 9.5 months sucks. Since I've moved back down to college she's fallen off the communication wagon. She was a shitty girlfriend before, and an even shittier one now. I wanna dump her. I've got interviews on monday that I gotta keep my head clear for, so I'll take care of it then. Lately I've had the chance to hang out with a bunch of girls in classes and realized there are a bunch of girls out there, some who are really amazing women. I'm a down to earth guy, I don't have a problem admitting I know it sounds messed up. When we meet a girl we wanna give her the world, when we get to know them we're looking for a receipt to get a refund on the time we wasted with them. Dumb. Is anyone else with someone that they know just isnt right for them? Whats that about.

agreed man... i somehow got past the giving the girl the world when i got screwed over too many times. there are tons of girls out there. even some hot ones that just wanna get laid. college chicks are good, cuz you know if they got into the college u r at they're most likely as smart as you... not always, but smarter than most high school girls.

and remember older girls are better in that they are more mature. how much younger is ur current g/f?

I had to dump one of my ex girlfriends in the past because I was suffering with bad grades and a bit of depression. She was always mad or sad about something and I hated having to deal with it (Probably didn't have anything to do with the topic, but I'm glad I dumped her.)
You're definitely right. You see the opportunities that have opened up for you, take it as an open door for a new journey.

She's been nothing but problem in my opinion, because communication is the key to a relationship. If one ditches it, forget it. If you end up dumping her, at least that way, assuming that she really did have feelings for you, would make her feel like shit. Kind of a reality check. Don't know if I make sense. lol

i had a problem like yours. i was with this girl for 2 years. she cheated on me twice. it wasnt anything major, she wasnt banging them or nothing. from what she says it was a misunderstanding. that they kissed her (once i can understand but twice?). so i kicked one of theyre asses, and felt justice.
but i was "in love", so like an idiot i forgave her.

so 15 days after our 2 year anni. i could tell there was some thing wrong with her. she said she wanted to take a "break". i was like, "fuck that, you wanna do this, then you do this. dont try to let me down easy. just remember everything i ever gave you. see that rock on your hand? remember that."

sure enough, the week before, she had one of her guy "friends" (now her bf) over at her house. and told everyone 2 weeks before, that she was leaving me to be with him.

its not exactly like you situation but i get how your feeling. my advise from experiance is, if your not happy, then itd be best to end it before she does something worse. like cheats on you. like EM2 said, "when one door closes another door opens". so find the right girl for you and run with her.

Well last night went okay maybe. I got there and drank 3/4ths of a 5th, hit on some fob chicks. Then sat in the alley helping two friends throw up till 4:30am. My one friend was a good messed up drunk and went to bed right away, the other one was a leaner and a spitter. He started pissing me off so I started messing with him, saying he kissed a girls and got hiv, and it would turn into aids if he didnt go to sleep. haha. I finally got him to sleep.

Girls suck dude. I got a few friends that have the perfect relationships. I wish these girls would just raise their hand when you walk past them to make it easy. How dope would that be?

Fox04coupe- words. Its like a weekness we got on trying to be that perfect boyfriend like up in those chick flicks. No matter how hard you try, it just isnt enough for them and it goes south. My current girl, shes actually 6 months older then me. The problem is she never seems to have enough time and shes always wishing she had more. Even her facebook under like TV: "when I actually have time to catch a little TV..." stupid. Its like that with everything in her life.... what I dont get is if she doesnt have enough time for anything then what is she doing all day exactly.

sicma99ot- Thats messed up, being with a girl that you heard was going to leave you. But in all honestly when we first started dating she cheated on me with her ex... *rolls eyes* I tripped hard, but eventually got over it with her saying, I realize I really wanna be with you now, yadayada.... well she started slipping on the GF standpoint and I ended up hooking up with her manager! How messed up is that to have to go to work and know your manager went down on your boy twice. Boo ya. I had never cheated up until that point on anyone, she forgave me for it but our relationship hasnt been the same- this was 4 months ago maybe.

while i was with my ex, she had me so depressed the only time i slept was in class. i had all F's bc i was sleeping. i had to drop out. so i was just like, "fuck all of it" and left. i would stay up all night, i couldnt sleep because of the stuff she did to me. and now ive turned into an insomniac. i hardly dont sleep any more. and when i do, i have bad dreams. lol

nah, i have plenty of girls. ya know, a few one night things. but its like, who can you trust? and im not the kinda guy to "hit it and quit it". lol

Its hard to realize when your so down over one girl that there are plenty of them out there that are a lot better then she is. I've met two girls in the last 3 weeks that are pretty damn amazing. Another two girls I know that are also just amazing women. Any guy would be lucky to get them. Whatevers tho, I keep all these girl issues out of my mind- I got two interviews tomorrow, I'm walking around the apartment in my suit trying to get comfortable and practicing my responses. I hope I ace this shit and land a sweet job.

i get what your saying. thanks triz. i do have a date with this awsome chick, that i hope works out.

but its good to keep your head clear, ecspecally when you have important stuff to do. girls will mess with your head.
