I have never claimed I would not swear, in fact I condone it. That's why it's in my avatar section (which looks like a damn slot machine now) and also why it's in Matt's new sig.
Better idea. Instead of this stagnant "Flame Who Posted Above You" business, pull the posts (via the quote button, you chimps) of the morons you want to flame and put them in here. This serves two purposes. #1 it brings in new material for flaming (plus the pics) and #2 we get to flame whomever we want with impunity. Let them know their posts are in here getting flamed. This should be fun.
