if those are real dvds and trying to straight copy them theres your problem. Real dvds are encypted and you cannot straight copy them like you would a music cd. You have to decypt it first before you can copy.

If thats the situation then its the the burner's fault and tech support wont help you commit piracy.

you need to decrypt them before you copy them... just use DVD Shrink or DVD decryptor and burn them on your DVD-R or DVD+R
