what works better is excersize. run/walk a few miles a couple times a week, and you'll lose weight. diets don't do crap, if you don't excersize along with it.

Obviously, for those a little slow on the pick up, I must explain my bread comment.
Most people who are on a diet lose weight, but as soon as they stray from the diet the gain it all back. Hence my dare to eat a slice of bread. Doh!
