I'm asian but I think the whole "AZN PRYDE" thing is DUMB. I call people who claim this GHHEYYSIANS. You know people who put "Powered by Vietnam" or "Powered by Philippines" on their car. Am I the only asian that thinks this is ignorant behavior?

im kinda into american pride right now... got American flags on my civ. I think its great to take pride in your nationality but it does not have to be associated with one make of car or anything, even if you drive a peice of crap you can still have Asian pride, or American Pride, or whatever you want, as long as its pride for your country. But thats just my 2 cents.

Word. That's messed up right there ^. I know that I've encountered similiar cases before, but I can't remember the specifics. It's racism, that's what it is. Too bad that when white pride comes to mind we think about the KKK. Now that sucks even more. It's like us caucasians can't have white pride without becoming hated and labaled a KKK. I'm not complaining though 'cause I'm Polish, so I have something to fall back on. Hehe.

I was thinking the same thing bro. How come men can have brown pride tatts and people can put Asian pride on their cars, but when "white pride" comes up people get all judgemental? I mean when you see black pride do you seriously think of the Black Panthers? When you see Asian pride do you think of the Asian gangs. It's only because of the past history of some misguided souls, that the white pride is now banned from our politically correct society. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG]
But I don't care, its not like I'm going to put a white pride sticker anywhere cause I could care less about being proud of my race. But I'm proud to be an American.
