that's the point, you still have to be courageous enough to go up and talk to her, but instead of asking for her number, go up to the girl and say "Hey, I noticed you from afar, and was wondering if you would like to get to know each other a little better, here's my phone number, then hand her the piece of paper (the fake atm receipt) with your phone number on it, then walk away. If she has half a brain, she'll eventually look at the piece of paper and notice that it's a ATM receipt, she'll look at the balance and will think she struck gold..
