Oil change coupon from Honda?

Today my Dad fgot a coupon from Honda for a discounted oil change and I was pissed. My parents have a 2000 Accord that they bought new and my Dad always changes the oil in it. He refuses to take it to the dealer. I have bought 3 Hondas from the same dealership and have had all of my service done by the dealership. I have never got anything coupons from Honda for a oil change. WTF?? Anyone else get these?

I got this letter today saying I should have 40,000 miles service, lease: Check this, check that, but change anything is gonna be some extra cash. But anyway on the bottom looks like there should be coupons printed, but it just says what they do for the 40,000 miles service. Nothing I cant do myself and put the money in my pocket.

part of my "plan" for my car is free oil changes for 2 years.. thats cuz the dealer "couldnt" drop the price from 16200 to 16000... so he gave us free oil changes for 2 years.. however, i like to change it myself...

I got the same piece of mail yesterday.
22 bucks or so for the oil change and the few checks of fluids and belts
they do for the 40K mile check up
