Please also note that I and others will address all your advice needs, but, it may take time to get to you for I will address them in order of urgency imo and take as long as need be with each one.

I have a guess you can say a natural gift with this and have gone to school for psychology before adulthood, I have my masters degree in psychology, but, do not practice with it as a profession.
