So im thinking about picking up a 2001 Civic EX. Im planning on doing some dirt cheap mods to the vehicle and i have a question: if I changed the exhaust to a "Cut-Off" style would that be a good idea on a civic? (Id like more horsepower btw) Would i have enough backpressure? Because i know having too little isn't good. I dont know a whole lot about exhaust systems so any suggestions/help would be much appreciated!

Too loud (you might get VI's from cops)

you'll probably loose power unless you're boosting it.

Would a cat-back exhaust be any better power wise?

If you want power do the full exhaust.

a cat. back is only the pipe after the cat.

In order New Header, down pipe, high flow cat., cat. back muffler.
