Recently I've been thinking about getting a AEM cold air intake but I can't find any for an automatic. Can anyone help me find one?

Short rams will fit. It won't make a huge difference on the D17

what matters is the filter. the rest, if it does not fall out while driving, will be OK even with PVC pipes (it will not yield much gains alone anyway, other than noise).

While true, the D17 doesn't really respond much to just bolt-on mods, hence the second sentence in my post. A short ram will take suction from approximately the same area as the OEM airbox, but with less restriction.
