Rep Power: 278 Yeah its pretty simple. You just gotta take off the front bumber. If you open the hood you will see some plastic clips. Pop those up with a flat head and remove them...I belive there are 4. Then go down into the fender walls and you will see a screw with some more of those plastic clips. Remove these as well...Just remove the plastic clips that looks like they hold the bumper. Then move down under the car. You will see the front air dam (rubberized piece thats held in by some screws and pressure fitted. Remove this as well. I kept mine off I think it looks better...just my opinion. Once that is removed you will see some more of those plastic clips. Prepare to cut these. Its no big deal if you do you can either replace them or just keep em cut. I just left mine cut. Now its time to remove the bumper. Just start pulling from the corners. It should come off with not much force. If you feel pressure just slow down and take a look you might have missed a clip. Once the bumper is off place it on something soft...preferably an old blanket. The bumper scratches easily, so be careful. Now once the bumper is removed. You will see the stock grill held on by some screws. Remove the stock grill and put the new one on. Then place the bumper back on and replace all clips and screws. Wallah you have a nice new grill.

good luck installing, but by looking @ pics I REALLY dont think it will work.
The 01-03 grill is much more angled, where the 04 is a smooth curve for the most part.

it won't work...for sure
I tried JDM Ferio Grill on USDM sedan and I already had hard time! because JDM is 1cm smaller at some places.
so you will have extremely hard time to fit 01-03 grill to 04
